There are three options when you wish to place an order:
Option 1: online customization tool
The online customization tool is our newest addition and forms the backbone of this website. It consists of the most popular models from the Oct. Tenth Catalogue. The idea is that, once you have chosen the model you like, you can use the configurator to customize your own pair of shoes. The configurator will show you the total price (excl. VAT for non-EU customers) and allow you to check out through the website.
Please know that the pictures in the catalogue are only to show the model. We do not have pictures of every model, on every last and in every type of leather. It would lead to hundreds of possible configurations, and obviously we do not have pictures of them all.
After placing your order, we will be in touch to confirm your order. From then production takes around 8 weeks.
Option 2: order by direct mail
Before we launched the customization tool, customers would email us with a certain model or design idea in mind, and after agreeing on all the details, we would send a payment link.
We are still more than happy to accept orders by email. Feel free to email us at info@octtenth.com. As a general guideline, we would need from you the following information:
- Model number
- Last
- Preferred size, or a reference list of sizes that you wear in other brands
- Leather
- Type of sole
- Sole finish
- Heel finish
- Optional extra's such as Norwegian welt, lasted shoe trees, etc.
Option 3: private consultation
We are more than happy to schedule a private consultation over the phone, throughZoom or Skype. Feel free to reach out and we will set a date. This is, of course, free of charge.
