We generally recommend choosing your regular UK shoe size. Fit can vary slightly depending on the last and style, so if you are unsure, please consult our Last Guide through the dropdown menu above or contact us before ordering.

Both Oct. Tenth and Axen are designed around standard UK sizing, but the fit differs between lasts.

Some lasts are more generous through the forefoot or instep, while others are slimmer or more structured. For this reason, we recommend checking the relevant Last Guide before ordering.

As a general rule, we do not recommend automatically sizing up or down unless the specific last or style requires it.

Yes. If you are unsure about sizing, you are very welcome to send us your foot measurements.

The most useful starting point is a simple tracing of both feet, together with the maximum length and width of each foot. For more detailed advice, you may also send ball, waist and instep measurements.

Please include a few examples of shoes you already own, with the brand, model or last, size and how they fit. This often gives us the clearest picture of which size and last will suit you best.
